Payment Terms:

A $500 Damage/Maintenance deposit is required to reserve your
date. portions or all of the deposit will be
forfeited if any damages occur. The deposit is
refunded approximately one week after the event.

The total rental fee is due 30 days before the event.
·
The total rental fee + the deposit are due at once on reservations
made for an event which occurs in 30 days or
less.
Cancellation:
In the event of cancellation, the charges will be as follows:

Events cancelled 30 or more days prior to the scheduled date will
receive no refund of their deposit($500).
·
Events cancelled less than 30 days prior to the scheduled date will
receive no refund.
Theft and/or
Damages:
You are responsible for any damage caused by you, your guests,
agents or employees.
Safety:

We will not assume any liability or responsibility for personal
injuries to you, your guests, agents or employees prior to, during, or following your event.

We will not assume any liability or responsibility for loss or
damages of personal property, equipment, merchandise or articles left in our premises prior to, during, or following your event.

Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Force Majeure:
If we are limited from hosting your event due to
circumstances beyond our control e.g. acts of
God, civil disturbances, war, national or
local disaster,... then our liability to you
shall not exceed the amount paid by you toward
your rental fees.
Displays and Decorations:
Displays and decorations
are allowed on the tables or floor. Wall
decorations are not allowed.
Food and Beverages:
You can serve any food or beverage of your
choice from any caterer of your choice. Because
of state laws, we require a licensed bartender
for serving alcohol. Please provide us a copy
of the bartender’s license one week before your
event.
Smoking:
Smoking and use of smoke machines is not allowed inside the building.
